Certificate For IT Professionals System Support Specialist Endorsement requires 3 optional from units 11-44.

All the courses offered through the Cisco Networking Academy Programme, Microsoft Academy and Oracle Academy programmes can lead to the Industrial Certifications CCNA, MCSA and first part OCA of certification.
