INDIA WORK EXPERIENCE EXCHANGE PROGRAMME 2009
The Leigh Technology Academy has teamed up with the Kent Reliance Building Society, who have over recent years set up a wholly owned subsidiary company in Bangalore, India; by the name of Easiprocess Pvt Ltd.
Our students have the opportunity to work in the Operations, Legal, Marketing, IT and Processing departments.
Students are treated as new employees who will be trained and set to work; each with a mentor watching over them, as opposed to them spending a week watching over an employee.
The programme enables our students to put their skills into action as well as developing new skills, develop confidence and gain an insight into the word of work; and at the same time experience a different business culture and work style to the one they will be accustomed to here in the UK.
No trip to India would be complete without marvelling at the sight of Delhi and the surrounding areas. Students have the opportunity to see the Taj Mahal, one of the 7 wonders of the world!
