ADMISSION PROCEDURE


Prospective Year 7 Students


Our Admissions Policy, Prospectus and Supplementary Form for entry into Year 7 for 2011 will be available for collection from Reception from Monday 6th September 2010. Alternatively, you can send a SAE (A4 size, 72p in stamps) to the Admissions Secretary at The Academy.  The Supplementary Form is also available to download and return to the Admissions Secretary.

The Chief Executive, Mr Frank Green, will speak on Saturdays 25th September and 2nd October 2010 at 9.00 a.m., 10.30 a.m., 12.00 noon and 1.30 p.m. Seats for the talks must be booked by telephoning 01322 620509/620504 (between 2-5 p.m. daily only) from Wednesday 15th September 2010.

The closing date for completed applications is Sunday 31st October 2010 and our Ability Assessment Day is Saturday 27th November 2010.

Prospective Post 16 Students

Our Open Evening for prospective Post 16 students is normally held in November.  All details for September 2011 will be posted as soon as they are finalised.
