ABOUT BRUNEL

It is my absolute pleasure to welcome you to the Brunel section of The Academy website. We intend to use this space to provide a real feel for life within Brunel College and to showcase some of the exceptional work taking place within the College.

The small school structure is already allowing us to personalise each Student's learning experience, our objective has to be for every child to reach their full potential and achieve more than they first thought possible.

This year we have introduced a “Learning to Learn” program at KS3 (Community Morning), here we are teaching essential skills that will allow students to work independently across the curriculum, the Student’s response to this course has been very positive and the quality of work produced has been exceptional.

Outstanding schools manage to successfully nurture relationships between Students, staff, parents and outside agencies that collectively contribute to the quality of each Student’s educational experience. We hope that this website can inform all parties and showcase every Student’s achievement.
